Educational Exhibition "Myth" - Ancient and Contemporary Greek Art from the Alpha Bank Collections

The Art Collection and the Numismatic Collection Sections of the Bank organise the educational exhibition “MYTH: Ancient and Contemporary Greek Art from the Alpha Bank Collections” at the Alpha Bank Cultural Centre in Nafplio.

School students will have the opportunity to discover the world of gods, heroes and mythical creatures of the ancient Greek mythology, while at the same time experiencing the way these figures have been engraved on ancient coins and have been illustrated in works by contemporary Greek artists. In the context of the exhibition, an educational programme is being offered, entitled “With Ariadne’s thread, the myth I unfold…” for school students of Primary and Secondary Education respectively.
