On Saturday night, of January 14th 2023, Fougaro Art Center welcomes the songwriter and performer Mrs. Polyxeni Karakoglou, with a wonderful... post-Christmas-celebration live program, that she personally took care of.
Mrs. Polyxeni Karakoglou continues her winter concerts and visits Nafplio for the first time. The new songwriter and performer, with the performance "All the earth is a fire" is looking for daring fellow travelers with a strong soul, to dive into today and dream of tomorrow. In this performance, she will present a part of her latest album "Points of Punctuation", songs from her previous record "Polychromes zaketes" (Colorful cardigans), songs from her participations such as "Man can", as well as selections from Greek (Thanos Mikroutsikos, Loukianos Kilaidonis, Kitrina Podilata etc.) and international discography (Pete Seeger etc.).

Polyxeni Karakoglou lives and works in Athens as a songwriter, performer and vocal teacher. In 2019, her first personal album "Polychromes Zaketes" is released with Grigoris Polyzos and Athena Spanou, while in the same year she shares the stage with Thanos Mikroutsikos, in his last concert. The year 2021 finds her with her new album "Simiea Stixis" (Points of Punctuation), where for the first time she undertakes the songwriter's role, in lyrics by Athena Spanou, as well as her own.
The program of this live performance, with Greek and foreign repertoire, is edited by the songwriter herself.
