Fougaro - Manos Loutas Jazz Trio live, May 11th 2019

In the stylish and welcoming place of Fougaro - Le café, on Saturday, May 11th 2019 the musicians Manos Loutas, Seraphim Bellos (drums) and Brian Voll (piano) share their love for jazz!

Manos Loutas is one of the most important musicians of the Greek jazz scene. He has spent nine years in New York playing with many jazz musicians and has shaped his own philosophical view of music by continuously renewing the repertoire of the jazz Trio with innovative ideas.

Having studied in New York, Athens and Paris next to the best jazz musicians, Seraphim Bellos has developed a high aesthetics and appreciation of the essence of music.

Apart from its comfort with many models and styles of piano jazz, Brian Voll shares with the jazz Trio his interest in more contemporary music, exploring new rhythms and harmonies through improvisation.

What makes this jazz Trio unique, is its original compositions, that form a window of exploration and influence from classical jazz, Middle Eastern music, African and South American music.
