Fougaro - Yiannis Kotsiras Live, July 10th 2022

Γιάννης Κότσιρας, Yiannis Kotsiras

On July 10th 2022 -Sunday night- the Fougaro Art Center welcomes a most known and loved Greek singer and composer, Mr. Yiannis Kotsiras, for a unique live performance! The beloved performer and his Team of musicians have prepared a special program and are ready to start their summer tour.

Many words are unnecessary, when we refer to the popular performer, who for years has been accompanying us on warm summer evenings with his expressive voice; with his songs, old and new, that we have all hummed along to; with his always inspired adaptations and excellent choices of popular songs!
This year, he brings us yet another song, which has literally been adored by the audience!
"Sasmos", a song written for the TV series of the same name, with lyrics by him and music by Nikos Terzis, a modern, dynamic song with strong elements of the rich Cretan musical tradition, is the song that musically transports us to the essence of the successful series, describing how love triumphs over vendetta.
An absolute summer date with beautiful songs and even more beautiful musical evenings...!
