A week full of artistic events from May 27th to June 5th 2024, making the city's residents getting to know the students, their work and the Faculty based in Nafplio.
The Small Festival of Theatrical Production 2024 (called "Festivalaki") is organized, as every year, in the context of the course "Theatrical Production", which is exclusively taught at the Department of Theatrical Studies of the University of Peloponnese by professor Mrs. Anna Tsichli. The technical support is provided by Mr. Lambros Skoufoulas.
There are five groups this year, presenting their performances from May 27th to June 5th. They combine the knowledge gained by the students from their four-year study at the Department of Theatrical Studies and aim to communicate their artistic concerns to a wider audience. Each team has its own moment of creation under the responsibility of a professional creator, production manager, producer, director, actor or whatever role they choose. Although this is essentially a course exam, none of the students treat it as just another exam. It is a preparation for the transition into the professional arena of the theatre industry, in all areas of production: artistic and organizational.

A lover of contemporary art, a lover of the good old days and the great reconciler of humanity are confronted with the simple, everyday things: a wedding invitation, the smoke of a cigarette and 200,000 bucks. @westiesproductions
