Diva and Perla… Precious creations
Diva and Perla are two impressive, newly built, and well-crafted villas, side by side in a quiet neighborhood just a few meters from the port and the old town of Nafplio. Nikos, the owner and host, is a civil engineer specializing in hotel construction with additional studies in tourism. He will welcome you with a level of courtesy and empathy that will make you feel exceptional, suggesting the best options based on your preferences and the duration of your stay.
Nikos’s goal was to create two precious lodging jewels in the Nafplio area, and he has certainly succeeded. His wish is for us, the guests, to enjoy every corner, make the most of every amenity, and leave Nafplio with that smile I mentioned earlier and with memories that will be cherished and should accompany us on our life’s journey.

The scent of rosemary… The most familiar welcome
When you arrive at your destination, you’ll know you’re in the right place by the rosemary plants in the flower beds at the entrances of the homes. They decorate the surrounding area and leave visitors with a beautiful scent of nostalgia and familiarity. As you move on, you’ll find yourself at the private covered garage, and somewhere there, you’ll surely meet Nikos, who will be waiting to warmly welcome you, give you a tour of the space, and offer you all kinds of information about the area and the opportunities available to you as a visitor.
When you step inside, you’ll be impressed by the balanced, modern, tasteful decoration and the pleasant aroma that fills the space.

Appearance and comfort!
As you ascend the marble staircase, you’ll realize that these accommodations were created to offer absolute comfort to guests and, most importantly, complete privacy. In a 200 sq m space, you can harmoniously share your stay with your whole group of friends, your family, another family… with anyone you want and love!
On the first level of each villa, you’ll find a spacious kitchen with a modern design, built-in electrical appliances, and a sophisticated layout. Very quickly, you’ll see all the equipment you’d find in a regular permanent residence. Carefully selected cookware and tableware add the details that make the experience of cooking and preparing dinner with your company even more enjoyable, perhaps while savoring a glass of wine.
One of the villa’s two living rooms is on the same level, decorated with beautiful colors and lovely fabric textures. The energy-efficient fireplace and the large-screen TV complete any additional desires you may have.
The three bedrooms with three bathrooms, spread across the two levels of the accommodation, have been decorated with great care and follow the owner’s philosophy of comfort and restful sleep. As he characteristically mentions, “Above all else, the guest should enjoy their sleep and be offered perfect coolness in the summer and perfect warmth in the winter.” At Perla and Diva, you’ll find all three! Each room has its own bathroom, equipped with all the necessary personal hygiene items, so even unexpected and passing guests can enjoy comfort and quality during their stay.

For those who love photographs, a special corner awaits you in La Diva, full of natural light, an “insta” armchair, beautiful plants, and vibrant colors. Every item is chosen to compose a backdrop of harmony and wellness. A note of serenity, wrapped and protected by the veil of joy brought by the space’s colors and the hopeful messages on paintings adorning the walls. A pleasant surprise born from the immeasurable interest in satisfying every guest’s needs. Above all, it’s an opportunity for you to capture your colorful stay at Perla and preserve it indelibly over time, untouched by the wear that the passage of time brings.

There are some people who—fortunately for this world—always do that “little something extra” that is often missing in our daily lives. They care about you and look after you because they feel it’s their duty, given that they have the ability to do so. One such person is Nikos, the creator and owner of these two “gems” of Nafplio.
He will be there to welcome you and to talk with you about your interests. He will try to understand your needs and how you’ve imagined this escape to this magical provincial town and will guide you accordingly. He’ll offer solutions and options to help you make the most of the days you have at your disposal and list all the sights you should visit, depending on how far you want to travel. He’ll give you alternatives for food, drink, and entertainment. In short, he’ll do everything that the term “hospitality” means for Greeks: making the guest feel, from the threshold to the exit, as if they were simply at home!

Travel, the elixir of life
For some, traveling and going on excursions at regular intervals is an easy process. For many others, it is not. However, for everyone, the need arises from the same feelings. We all feel that we owe ourselves and our loved ones some reward, joy, a little carefreeness, and beautiful moments.
Perla and Diva were designed so that these beautiful moments we deserve are also of high quality. And every time we come across rosemary in gardens, our minds will be filled with beautiful images from our stay in these lovely homes… in this beautiful town.

Many of us may not know this because perhaps we haven’t had someone in our immediate environment who needed special care, or perhaps we aren’t sensitive enough to think that any of us could become disabled, even if only temporarily. With this acknowledgment and the respect and admiration these individuals deserve, Nikos will soon add another “gem” to his collection, creating such an accommodation in Nafplio. As he himself says: “The project is difficult and demanding, but perseverance, will, vision, and love for what we do are the most powerful tools to face any difficulty and, above all, to ‘measure’ ourselves”.
