The Guardian came into our lives in the early summer of 2024, bringing a stylish touch of renewal to Nafplio's seafront. You'll find it there, opposite Bourtzi, in Philhellenon Square. Located on the ground floor of an imposing neoclassical building, it stands like a true "Guard" in the heart of Nafplio. You will definitely notice it, also because of the special symbols shown in its label. To the right and left of the entrance, but also on the sides of the windows, you will notice the "Swords of the Guard" and the first thought, that will certainly cross your mind, is the history that may be hidden behind each choice of name.
The main feature, which is the identity of the business, is the all-day service and the satisfaction of the customer's needs, from the first coffee and breakfast to the evening meal and drinks.
It has been created with a lot of love and passion, and this is reflected in every corner of the restaurant. Throughout its creation, the guiding principle has been the satisfaction of the visitor, the offer of beautiful moments with a view of the historic Bourtzi and the continuation of the positive impression on the business world of Nafplio, as there are three other similar businesses in the area under the same direction.

The ceiling is a work of art, perhaps one of the most impressive you will come across. Green plants cover its entire surface, surrounding the lighting of the room and harmoniously descending and embracing the stone in the arches and walls. All these elements create the ideal conditions for those who choose the Guardian -Daylong Comfort, which is the name given to this strikingly beautiful space. Inside, you can also enjoy the view of the sea, as the neoclassical building has large windows all along its façade and the tables are arranged accordingly. Aesthetics, comfort, warmth, quality music that soothes or, depending on the occasion, lifts the spirits, sensual aromas and a good energy that spreads throughout.
